Item Sheets

Staff guide for order request, stock count, and label update sheets.

What Is An Item Sheet?

An item sheet is a lightweight worksheet for listing items. It helps staff record or request work without immediately changing stock, prices, purchase orders, or sales documents.

Item sheets are used across several areas of KTPv5, so they are documented under Operations instead of only Purchasing, Inventory, Retail, or Pricing.

Sheet Types

TypeUse it for
Order RequestList items that should be considered when creating Purchase Orders.
Stock CountRecord counted items and quantities for reference.
Label UpdateList retail price shelf labels that should be refreshed. This workflow will be expanded later after the Retail POS behavior is reviewed.

Where To Find It

In the Web client, Item Sheets appear in different navigation groups:

Web areaRouteSheet type
Purchasing > Order Requests/v2/item-sheet/order-requestOrder Request
Inventory > Stock Counts/v2/item-sheet/stock-countStock Count
Retail > Label Update/v2/item-sheet/label-updateLabel Update

What Staff See

The list pages show sheets by type. Staff can search by keyword and filter by created date.

FieldNotes
AuthorThe staff member who created the sheet.
Created dateWhen the sheet was created.
NoteOptional note for the whole sheet.
Item rowsItems listed on the sheet.
QuantityRequired for Order Request and Stock Count. Label Update can list items without a meaningful quantity.
Row noteOptional note for one item row.
ArchivedHides a sheet from normal active lists without deleting it.

Create Or Edit A Sheet

  1. Open the matching Item Sheet page or Warehouse app sheet screen.
  2. Choose the sheet type.
  3. Add or scan items.
  4. Enter quantities where the sheet type needs them.
  5. Add optional notes.
  6. Save the sheet.

Editing a sheet replaces the saved row list with the edited row list.

Order Request

Order Request sheets are used before Purchase Orders are created.

When creating Purchase Orders in the Web client, staff can use Load Requests to find Order Request sheets. The Purchase Order generator can load selected sheets, bring in the requested items and quantities, and help staff assign vendors before submitting Purchase Orders.

An Order Request does not become a Purchase Order by itself. It is a request or starting point for purchase planning.

Stock Count

Stock Count sheets are for recording counted items and quantities.

They are useful for 실셈, checking, recounting, and keeping an operational record. Creating a Stock Count sheet does not adjust stock by itself.

Label Update

Label Update sheets list items whose retail price shelf tags should be updated.

In the Web client only, the Label Update form has a Load Updated Prices button. Staff choose a date and time, then KTPv5 loads retail items whose normal price or promotional price was updated after that cutoff. Existing items already on the sheet are skipped, and the newly loaded items are added to the sheet.

This helps staff prepare a shelf-label refresh list after retail price changes. It does not print labels by itself.

Because this action is tied to retail price maintenance, staff need Pricing read or Pricing manager access to use Load Updated Prices.

The later Retail POS workflow will explain how label update sheets are consumed and completed.
