Promo Price

Staff guide for viewing and editing retail promo prices.

What Is A Promo Price?

A promo price is a temporary retail price for one item during a date range.

Promo prices are separate from normal prices. Normal prices are the regular saved prices; promo prices are date-bounded overrides used for promotional work.

MarkupThe normal price target margin rate.
LevelsThe normal price levels, shown as L0 to L4.

Use this reference to compare the promo price against the regular retail price.

Create A Promo Price

  1. Open Pricing > Retail Promo.
  2. Click New Promo.
  3. Select an item.
  4. Enter English and Korean promo names.
  5. Select Valid From and Valid To.
  6. Enter the default promo price and any extra levels.
  7. Review the normal price reference and price tag preview.
  8. Save.

  3. Update names, date range, price levels, or archived state.

Search Promo Prices

Use the search box on the promo price list. Search checks:

  • Promo English name
  • Promo Korean name
  • Item English name
  • Item Korean name
  • Item code
  • Item barcode

This means staff can find a retail promo even when they remember the item code or barcode instead of the promo name.
